As the customer, you're responsible for any damage to your yard, driveway, or other property that occurs while providing access for delivery. Our delivery teams are experienced and take care to avoid it, but clear, safe access is your responsibility.

City and HOA rules vary, so check with yours on restrictions and requirements before your delivery date. Our shed experts can help pull together drawings and 3D renderings to make permitting or HOA approval faster and easier.

Yes. We reserve the right to reschedule a delivery if ground conditions aren't adequate for a safe, non-destructive delivery — most often when the ground is too soft or wet.

Our driver will level your shed on arrival using pressure-treated wood blocks and shims. We recommend customer-provided concrete blocks to level the shed up to 12 inches from the ground for better long-term stability — see the Block Buying Guide below for the quantities you'll need. Blocking and settling are not covered under warranty.
