WARRANTY

Valid on all items in Defender Series (10 year), Homestead Series (3 year).

All service orders are subject to a $150 service fee, payable when the service is scheduled. Leland’s Industries, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery. We will repair or replace any defective components that fail under normal use for ten (10) years on Defender Series products and three (3) years on Homestead Series products, starting from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement of defective parts fulfills all warranty obligations. Leland’s Industries, LLC is not responsible for installation or reinstallation costs or for the natural characteristics of wood such as splitting, warping, or twisting.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by fire, flood, wind, hail, earthquakes, earth movement, vandalism, theft, acts of God, accidents, or other events normally covered by homeowner’s insurance. It also excludes damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, or improper maintenance, as well as issues related to blocking, settling, or shifting of the structure.

Porch components made from white wood require regular maintenance, including cleaning and the annual reapplication of a clear protective sealant, to prevent aging, weathering, and discoloration. This warranty does not cover fading, staining, or discoloration from sun, moisture, or other environmental conditions, or damage caused by neglect or improper maintenance.

Rental Returns are sold as used products. Because these units may have been previously altered or modified, warranty coverage may be limited or excluded where such alterations affect performance, structure, or finish.
