Our prices reflect how we build. Some companies notch your runners to drop in floor joists — that's done for speed, not strength. At Leland's you won't find a notched runner. We don't cut corners on material or workmanship; we put in the time to make sure your shed is built well and built to last.
We build a lot of made-to-order sheds so you get exactly the customization you need — standard lead times are usually 3–5 weeks. We also keep display sheds available with a 7–10 business-day lead time, plus a few units at the factories we can deliver in 3–5 business days.
Yes. We offer a “No Credit Check” Rent-to-Own program and several traditional bank financing options. Payments vary by term length, rate, and building price, with financing rates starting as low as 7.99%.
Absolutely. Our onsite build option lets us build the shed right in your backyard — no taking down a fence required. Lead time is typically 3–5 weeks depending on weather; we just ask for 3′ of perimeter clearance to install and paint.
City and HOA rules vary, so check with yours on restrictions and requirements. Our shed experts can help pull together drawings, 3D renderings, and other documents to make your permitting or HOA approval faster and easier.

Leland's is proud to offer free delivery up to a 50-mile radius from any of our 30+ Sales Centers across Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Warranty
Valid on all items in Defender Series (10 year), Value Series (5 year), Outdoor Living Series (5 year). This warranty does not cover finished-out cabins.
